Simple Hot-Tap

A hot-tap operation is the process of making a hole in a pipe or pressure vessel while it is flowing and/or under pressure.

Our teams, certified according to API 2201, have extensive experience with machines from various manufacturers. We can perform all types of Hot-Tap and Plug Setting operations. With our own equipment, we can execute Live Connection and Plugging operations up to 42″ diameter and ANSI Class 600 pressure class.

Repair with Composite Winding

When hot work (such as welding or oxy-cutting) is expensive, difficult, or technically inappropriate, composite material repair and reinforcement of pipelines, tanks, and industrial structures become the most effective solution.

Using carbon fiber and other high-quality composite systems in accordance with ASME PCC2, our certified and experienced teams can quickly respond to urgent repair demands, supported by our stocked facilities.

Repair with Steel Clamp

For the permanent repair of damaged pipes, we provide welded and/or mechanical repair clamps and repair services, fully compliant with ASME PCC2 standards. Our certified and experienced teams ensure reliable and durable solutions.

Cold Cutting Operation

We offer Cold Cutting services based on customer requirements, primarily within the scope of Linestop operations. Our skilled teams have successfully performed cold cutting on fluid lines, including natural gas, jet fuel, and oil pipelines.

We have the capability to perform Cold Cutting operations on pipes up to 42″ diameter with our specialized equipment.
